The goal: Launch a branded fantasy cricket app before a major T20 season, and keep it fast when thousands of players join contests in the minutes before the toss.
What we did: Branded our fantasy cricket platform, set up T20, ODI and Test scoring, added second-innings and in-play contests, connected a live cricket data feed and moved hosting to auto-scaling cloud that grows ahead of every big match.
The outcome: The app went live on Android and the web in time for the season. Contest joining stayed fast through the busiest match windows, and the operator now runs daily contests from the console without developer help.
